Below is a detailed description of each unit of the domestic sewage treatment equipment:
Primary sedimentation tank: The primary sedimentation tank is a vertical flow sedimentation tank, and the upward flow rate of sewage in the deep sedimentation tank is 0.6-0.7 millimeters per second, allowing large particle sludge to settle down and reducing the load of subsequent biochemical treatment. The settled sludge is lifted to the regulating tank through the sludge pipeline for further circulation treatment;
2. Contact oxidation tank: After initial sedimentation, the water flows automatically to the contact tank for biochemical treatment. The contact tank is divided into three stages, with a total residence time of more than 1 hour. Among them, the reinforced equipment can achieve a contact oxidation time of up to 6 hours. The filler is a novel filler that is easy to film and does not block. The specific surface area of the filler is 160m2/m3, and the gas water ratio of the contact tank is around 12:1;
3. Secondary sedimentation tank: Biochemical wastewater flows into the secondary sedimentation tank, which consists of two vertical flow sedimentation tanks operating in parallel. The upward flow velocity is 0.3-0.4 millimeters per second. The sludge is discharged by air lifting to the sludge device;
4. Disinfection pool device: The disinfection pool follows the standard of "TJ14-74" for 30 minutes. If it is hospital sewage, the retention time of the disinfection pool can be increased to 1-1.5 hours, and solid chlorine tablets are used for contact dissolution disinfection. The disinfection device can continuously change the dosage according to the size of the water output, achieving the goal of adding more water and more medicine, and adding less water and less medicine. Other disinfection devices can be prepared separately;
5. Sludge device: The clear liquid from the sludge tank flows back to the heat exchange oxidation tank for further treatment. After digestion, there is very little residual sludge, which is usually cleaned once every 1-2 years. The cleaning method is to use a suction truck to reach into the bottom of the sludge tank through the inspection hole and extract it for external transportation. It can also be processed through a loop;
6. Fan: The fan is located above the disinfection area, and the inlet adopts double-layer sound insulation. The inlet has a muffler and a fan filter, so there is no noise during operation; The operating life of a single wind turbine is about 30000 hours.

a、 The hydrolysis regulating tank is not inside the equipment and needs to be built separately by the user. The tank must be equipped with one coarse and one fine grid each to intercept coarse slag and larger suspended solids in the sewage.
b、 The middle part of the biological contact oxidation tank is filled with composite packing materials; Two SLB jet aerators are installed at the bottom, one for timed automatic aeration and the other for linked operation with the lifting pump.
c、 The sedimentation tank is a sloping plate, and the inlet and outlet pipes in the tank are equipped with multiple rows of holes for water distribution and collection, ensuring stable water flow; The bottom of the pool is a "V" - shaped sloping bottom and equipped with two porous sludge discharge pipes. The sludge in the pool is pumped out by a water pump or manure truck every 3-6 months for transportation.
